[2] [3] [4] [5] [pair shown together]

This is a gorgeous geode, a half nodule, that we believe came from the Cadys, in the Mojave Desert. It has a beautiful open pocket full of sparkling crystals, with blue Agate, Sagenite blades of Hematite and even Agate tubes with Hematite 'eyes'. It is roughly 4 1/2" x a little less than 3 1/2" and 1/2-1" thick. It weighs 399 grams, or 14 ounces. The face is polished. The last photos shows it together with the mate, #4235-b, available separately.

This is the mate to a gorgeous Geode we believe came from the Cadys, in the Mojave Desert. This side has a couple small open pockets with crystals in them, but the blue Agate and Hematite Sagenite blades are wonderful! Plus it shows Agate tubes with the centers of Hematite. Very neat piece. It measures about 4 1/4" x 3" and 1/4-1 1/2" thick. It weighs 370 grams, or 13 ounces. The face is polished. To me, the pair together is most stunning, as visible in the last photo. #4235-a is available separtely.

Morocco Stalactite Geode

Morocco Amethyst Quartz Geode with Stalactites

Morocco Stalactite Geode

[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]

This is a wonderful specimen, an Amethyst Geode from Morocco! It is filled with stalactite crystals. The coloring of the crystals has a reddish tint, we believe from Hematite, or 'Hematoid' - as we have seen it being marketed. It is a complete nodule, able to be fit together. However, please note that it is delicate and we would recommend against handling it much once received. From the photos you can tell that besides the line that separates the nodule halves, there is another fracture line. It is not loose at this time, and to our knowledge, or from what we can tell, it has not been glued. But it is none-the-less an absolutely stunning display! It measures roughly 4" x 3" x 3 3/4" and weighs 1 lb 6 ounces, or 620 grams. You will receive both sides of this exact unique piece.

See video of the pair. (Hit back arrow to return to this page.)

Oco Geode

One Small Oco Geode with Agate and Crystals

Oco Geode

[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]

Purchasing this item will give you one half of a small, polished Oco Geode nodule, not the ones you see in the photos. These are natural stones from Brazil filled with Agate and Quartz. The centers are full of crystals, some larger, some smaller, surrounded by agate. Each piece is unique, no two are exactly alike. They come in amazing variety as you can get an idea of from the photos. You will not necessarily receive one of those you see in the slide show, but these are good representations of what you will get.

Each one has been polished on the face, bringing out the natural beauty of the agate. Sizes vary, mostly between 1-2" long x 3/4-1" wide and 1-2" thick. But as each piece is one of a kind, you could receive one a little smaller or larger. The weight of each one can be less than an ounce or up to about 2 ounces. If you receive one you are not happy with, just send us a message and we will help ensure you are completely satisfied with your transaction.

Whether one is a collector or lover of rocks and gems, minerals, or crystals, these little stones are awesome for delicate accents in the home or office, or on a shelf for display. You can purchase directly through Amazon if you prefer, or order here. (Want free First Class shipping? Email us for an invoice.)

[2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

This is another rare thunderegg from Opal Mountain, in the Mojave Desert of California. It is just the natural rock, sliced and unpolished. This was a thin nodule, sliced through, revealing a small area of waterlines. It is roughly 4" x 3" and only as thick as about 21 mm. It weighs 260 grams, or 9.2 ounces. (The mate to this one is available if interested, though not shown.) First Class shipping available upon request.

[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]

This is a pretty little thunderegg. Unfortunately we're not sure of the locality on this one. My first guess would be Black Rock Desert, or maybe from the Black Agate Mine area of Wiley's Well? Kind of a brick red matrix with clear and black agate, and a very small area of waterlines. It is about 1 3/4" x 2" and 14 mm thick. It weighs 53.4 grams, or 1.8 ounces. First Class shipping available upon request.

Oregon Thunderegg

Unpolished Oregon Thunderegg with Common Opal & Dendrites

This is another thunderegg with some common opal in it, but it also has awesome little dendrites as well. It is not polished at all. It is another of the numerous miscellaneous sliced pieces from any of the various collections we've acquired. We believe it is from Oregon, Richardson's Ranch, probably Blue Bed. It is 3 3/4" x 2 1/2" and 22-23 mm thick. It weighs 217.9 grams, or 7.6 ounces

U.S. shipping cost: $8.00

Oregon Thunderegg   Item# 2368   Price: $7.00

Richardson's Ranch Thunderegg

Unpolished Richardson's Ranch Thunderegg

This is a very neat unpolished Thunderegg, we think from Richardson's Rock Ranch. It is roughly 3 1/2" x 3" and about 2 1/2" thick. It weighs 600 grams, or 1 lb, 5 ozs. It is not polished, but it has had a bit of sanding already. Beautiful, colorful patterns in this one, but please note that in natural lighting, it is not as bright as it looks in the photos. Additionally, it was photographed wet in most of the photos.

U.S. shipping cost: $8.00

Richardson's Ranch Thunderegg   Item# 1771   Price: $5.00
