The stones on the page were cut from Agua Nueva Agate. The material is found not far from where the spectacular Laguna Agates are found, in Chihuahua, Mexico. We charge one shipping cost for all that will safely fit in a Small Priority Flat Rate box, or contact us to ship by First Class for less. We will ship to the U.S. as well as Internationally.

Agua Nueva Agate Cabochon

This is a long oval Agua Nueva cabochon. It has a very neat light purple fortification on one end, flowing down into the body of the stone. It is 40 x 22 mm and 6 mm thick. It weighs 40 carats. I did not get a photo of the back, but it has a finish as well. And the back is actually really awesome ... you turn the stone over and where it has the fortification at the one end, it continues down the back in a long, thin area. 41 mm Round Agua Nueva Agate Cabochon

This is a large Agua Nueva cabochon, 41 mm in diameter, and 6 mm thick. It weighs 77 carats. Lots of awesome areas of fortification in this piece, and a few small tubes as well! The back has a finish on it, and to me, is as nice to look at as the front (last photo). A note on the coloring - most of the photos are either just a hair washed out, or a little too purple, compared to what it looks like when looking at it directly. Small Agua Nueva Agate Cabochon with Two Long Tubes

This is a small Agua Nueva cabochon - 21 mm in diameter, and just over 5 mm thick. It weighs 16 carats. Two long, thin tubes that meet in the middle are the focal point in this piece. The back is finished as well, but there is no sign of the tubes on the back. First Class shipping available upon request.
