Store Policies

OUR SHIPPING DEFAULTS TO PRIORITY. IF YOU PREFER FIRST CLASS, JUST SEND US A MESSAGE AND WE WILL SEND AN INVOICE (AS LONG AS PACKAGED WEIGHT IS NOT MORE THAN 13 OUNCES).

Shipping Information.

Shipping costs are quoted for U.S. only, but we will ship Worldwide as well. Buyers are charged the actual cost of shipping for a U.S.P.S. Priority Small Flat Rate box ($6.80 as of 1/17/2016) even though it may state less shipping cost on our item information. (International buyers see below.) Checkout is through PayPal. We prefer to ship by Priority Mail but will ship by First Class Mail upon request. For multiple purchases, when it saves money, we use Flat Rate boxes for both U.S. and internationally* as available.

Purchasing Multiple Items

All that we can safely fit in the box will be shipped for the one shipping price. That box is usually 8" x 5" x 1 1/2" or a padded flat rate envelope. If any item won't fit in that size box or envelope, we will either send you an additional invoice for the extra shipping cost, or we will assume the cost ourselves depending on the total value of items purchased. We will always work with you, our customer, and in the end, if any additional shipping cost is too much for either of us, we will refund your money. All items are subject to prior sale to the first request.

*International Purchases

We have previously sent International Packages by Priority Small Flat Rate box as well. However, it has come to our attention that depending on the country, the tracking ends with the U.S. and the parcel essentially becomes First Class, and any tracking stops, once in the hands of the receiving country. Our current understanding is that sending it by First Class Registered Mail may be the better way though it could cost more depending on weight. So our automated checkout will charge the current U.S.P.S. International postal rate for most countries ($33.95 as of 1/17/2016) to cover up to a 4 pound package. Depending on the country, we may send it by First Class and not Priority, Registered or not. We will be in touch with the buyer on how we are shipping.

Payment Instructions

We prefer PayPal for all International and U.S. sales and any purchases automatically check out through PayPal. However, for the U.S. only, we will also accept a personal check, bank or postal money order. Email us with the item number, what State you live in (Californians are charged sales tax), and whether Priority or First Class, and we will send you an invoice. Please pay within 5 days. We usually wait the bank-recommended time of two weeks for personal checks to clear before sending your items.

Return Policy Details

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not, please contact us. We will refund the total paid for merchandise returned within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping costs. That is our basic policy; however, if you’ll work with us, we’ll work with you in most any situation to work out an agreeable solution if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
