These are some of the rough Bertrandite slabs we have available. This material is also known as Tiffany Stone, as well as Opal Fluorite. All are usually photographed wet, and they are unpolished. Purple Fluorite Tiffany Stone 4x4" Slab

This is an unpolished slice of Opal Fluorite 'Tiffany Stone.' The material is rare and is sometimes found in Bertrandite, a mineral with the element of beryllium in it. This piece has varying shades of a light purple to a deep, dark royal purple, and black lines. Some neat patterns in it, and just a beautiful slab as is. The slab feels nice and solid. There is a small open pocket, roughly 1/4" square, with sparkling crystals gleaming, and a couple tiny 'pin-prick' openings on the other side. It measures roughly 4" x 4" and just over 1/4" thick (7 mm). It weighs 173 grams, or 6.1 ounces. Gorgeous slab of this rare material.
